LWSBC-01 Leading Well in Your Sandbox: “Can’t We All Just Get Along?”
This is an insightful training session that will explore how personalities and behaviors affect the quality of interpersonal and work relationships. Through role playing, case study review and lots of interaction, participants will have many opportunities to delve into how they can make a difference in their relationships, the work produced and ultimately the achievement of personal and organizational objectives.
SBC-01 Sandbox Communication
This training session is for managers and team leaders and team members.
